Christmas Wonderland @ Gardens By the Bay

Ever since I saw the pictures of Christmas Wonderland popping out on my Facebook and Instagram, I've been wanting to pay it a visit and have been pestering the husband to "lets go take peektures!"

We finally went last weekend. If you're driving, be prepared to queue quite a bit to enter the carpark, and go round a while to look for a lot. Go mentally prepared and you'll save lots of frustrations. It took us around 20 - 30 mins to get a lot. and its really worth it.

We parked at "The Meadow", which is a short walk to the Super Trees areas (you'll need to walk past a big grass patch) to get there. I believe the nearest parking area should be "The Entrance".

Look at what greeted us! All the waiting and walking is worth it! It feels like the Christmas market in Europe!

We went after a shower earlier so the area was really muddy so be prepared. but if you want to take good pictures, you will need to walk in to the muddy area. don't bother standing outside and taking pictures when you first see the lights. the pictures will turn out dark and ugly and you can't see yourself. Go right in. It's bright and beautiful and perfect lighting for good pictures.

There was a band singing Christmas Carol at the carousel that day. So beautiful aint it?

Take me up the faraway tree. So magical and enchanting!

Look at the crowd!

Some of the Super Trees are dressed up for Christmas!

The nightly OCBC light show has a Christmas themed this time and the lights danced to Christmas Carols. Very beautiful and magical.

Christmas Wonderland @ Gardens by the Bay will light up from

29th November 2014 - 1st January 2015
